The minimum deposit amount on phcach is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount on phcach is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. phcach aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements on bonus funds.

phcach's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcach account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phcach's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
